Dormitories & meal packages

Arrival

The conference starts on Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. The ones who arrive on
another day than Wednesday will find the opening hours for the Information desk
further down in the letter and during the opening hours you are able to register your
arrival and leave your bags. On Wednesday the Information desk opens at 13 p.m.

Food

You who have ordered the food-package will be able to pick up your tickets when
registering your arrival. Please order your food online so we can count how much we
need to serve. The Conference Information desk is in the church entrance. If you
haven’t ordered the food-package but would like to, you can do it in connection with
your arrival. Let us know if you have any allergies.

Food that is included in the food package are:
-Breakfast
-Lunch
-Dinner
-A smaller snack after the service

This year you can also book a smaller food package if you are planning to stay just a
few days. Check out the registration link for more information.

We also have a café at Word of Life that will be open during the conference where
you can buy sandwiches, sweets (fika) and something to drink.

Payment

You pay for your residence and eventually food-package when you do your
registration at our website.
The price for the big food-package (Wednesday night-Sunday) is 720 kr.
The price for the smaller food-package (Friday night-Sunday) is 320 kr.
The price for only one lunch or dinner is 80 kr.
The price for only one smaller snack after service is 35 kr.
The price each night for accomodation is 75 kr.

Dorms

The dorms are located in the school premises and therefore you need to bring your
own air mattress or sleeping pad and a sleeping bag.
You find the opening hours for the dorms further down. When these are open you can
leave your bag. An advice is to plan your departure to time with the opening hours to
avoid waiting time. For everyone’s comfort it is important for everybody to follow
these rules:

Rules

1. To get into the dorms, you must have a valid ticket, with the correct date.
2. Respect and obey the dormitory host’s instructions.
3. There will be silence from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The lights will also be out.
4. At 01:00 a.m. the dorms close for the night, make sure you really get there in
time.
5. Lights will be on again at 9:00 a.m. in the morning. At 09:30 a.m. all must
wake up. This is because everyone must have time to get ready and get out of
the dorms before we close at 10:30a.m. and also for those who want to be
able to eat breakfast served in Word of Life’s Coffee shop.
6. No one may be in the dorms when they are closed.
7. Smoking, drugs and alcohol, is prohibited. To adopt or make a fire indoors as
well as the use of a gas stove or similar is strictly prohibited.
8. If you break something in the dorm, you will be liable to pay for the damages.
Vandalism will be reported to the police.
9. You are responsible for your own valuables.

Everyone must write their name, phone number and the length of their stay in the
dormitory on a list available at the entrance. In case of a fire we must know how
many are staying in the dorms.
